​ Large Groups/ Non-Profits of 7+

​Texas Climbing Adventures can design a course for your large group to help promote trust, confidence and teamwork — or to just get away for a day for some good outdoor fun. Special prices are only for groups of 7 or more.  In large groups we focus instruction on basic climbing skills only.  For instruction on more advanced skills, please book under climbing courses.
-If you are booking a youth group climbing day for 7 to 15 participants please limit adult chaperones. A 1 to 6 ratio is recommended. This is because of limited space at the climbing areas. Furthermore this helps to insure safety, and most importantly overall experience for the kids. Chaperones will not need to pay so do not add them in your number of participants when booking.
-For larger groups, 15 or more, please have final climber participant count at least two weeks in advance.  Participants can be added once reservation is made with at least two weeks notice. Email [email protected] to add participants.  
​​-All rock climbing gear is provided. 
-What to bring/wear: water (water bottle), snacks, bug spray, sunscreen, sunglasses, a back pack, comfortable athletic clothing, and closed toe shoes (hiking or tennis shoes). 

Please email [email protected] a copy of your EIN Number for Non-Profit Charter groups. 

Cancellation and Payment Policy:
​For large groups and non-profits, 

Due to administrative costs and use of other resources, we require a non-refundable deposit of $200. and payment in full within 7 days of your scheduled date.  

To cancel, you will need to notify us before the final payment is charged, which would be 8 days before your climbing date.  We then will issue a refund minus the deposit and a service fee, or preferably, we will work with you to reschedule your trip.     

If you are unable to reschedule, you will be issued a credit for the amount charged (minus the deposit and admin fee). No refunds after the 8 days, only rescheduling or a credit. 

 We will work with you to reschedule or issue a credit for the amount paid if the cancellation is due to bad weather. Weather cancellations can be made up to the morning of climbing. 

Large Groups 

-Please contact for groups larger than 15 climbers.  Participants can be added once reservation is made with at least two weeks notice. Email [email protected] to add participants.  

 Greenbelt Guided Rock Climbing Groups:

Includes climbing instruction and climbing gear.

SPECIAL:
$80 per person (per day) Groups of 7 to 15. Group discounts are already applied.
Reimers Ranch Guided Rock Climbing Groups:

​Five dollar cash only entrance fee per person to the park(not included).

Enchanted Rock Guided Rock Climbing Groups:

​-Includes climbing instruction and climbing gear.

-You do not need to pay the park entrance fee.  Simply stop at the Ranger Station and inform them you are climbing with Texas Climbing Adventures.  

-Please book this course at least 48 hours in advance as the park requires a 48 hour notice. 

-Rough and steep terrain.  Be prepared to hike this terrain 20-30 minutes to wall and back. Please be sure and bring plenty of water.

​During summer months (May-August) we experience higher than usual temperatures at Enchanted Rock. Start and end times are subject to change depending on weather.​

Enchanted Rock will be closed for hunting on the following dates:

From Dec. 2nd-Dec. 5th
From Dec 22nd-Dec. 24th
