Austin Greenbelt

The Austin Greenbelt is located in south central Austin and offers easy accessible hiking, trail running, mountain biking, swimming, and of course rock climbing. Milton Reimers Ranch is the crown jewel of central Texas limestone climbing and its panoramic views of the Texas Hill Country. Nestled in the heart of Travis County’s Dripping Springs, this massive gorge offers steep cliffs and near all-day shade along the Pedernales River. Considered by the local rock climbing community as a destination for top-notch climbing, Reimers Ranch offers one of the highest concentrations of easy to moderate climbing routes in the area. Texas Climbing Adventures’ experienced local guides have the skills to coach you right to the top!
Reimers Ranch

Reimers Ranch is located off of Hamilton Pool Road just west of Austin on hwy 71. One of the hill countrie's many oasis, this place offers some of the best limestone climbing in the state. Great hiking fishing, swimming, mountain biking, and of course rock climbing. By booking one of the courses below you will be invited to explore the canyon with your guide and get into some quality sport climbing. Reimers Ranch  is a Great spot for beginners of all ages and families.

Enchanted Rock

​Looking out over grasslands and tall oak forests, the breathtaking pink granite dome lives up to its name in an almost mystical way. This ancient, pristine granite offers excellent slab and crack climbing that is second to none with routes ranging from beginner to expert. Enchanted Rock is the original Lone Star State climbing area and a perfect setting for everyone’s climbing adventure. Texas Climbing Adventures is licensed to guide within the park and has extensive knowledge of the park’s climbing routes.

Medicine Wall

Monster Rock

Along the banks of the Pedernales River is a small beautiful limestone canyon. This corridor stays cool for the summer months and offers shaded climbing routes for all experience levels. The short hike down follows a steep staircase and ladder. Great all year round but this makes for a phenomenal summer climbing destination before swimming at Pace Bend Travis County Park.

This area is mostly geared toward intermediate climbers looking to learn to lead climb. We will only be booking 1 to 2 people for this location. For larger groups seek out other locations offered.
