What kind of shape do I need to be in?

Yes. We will just need to inspect your gear prior to climbing to make sure it is up to standards.
Where should we climb?

How long is a typical day?
Climbing classes meet up at the pre-arranged location no later than 830am (8:00 for large groups). You can generally expect to be back in the parking lot between 3 and 4pm.
