John, Mike, and Sam of Texas Climbing Adventures took our group of cancer survivors out climbing this past weekend at Enchanted Rock. They were some of the best guides I have worked with, and I book climbing services as a part of my job! They were incredibly patient, kind, and were able to walk our participants through challenges not to mention, their fun and humorous demeanor made for a fun time on the rock! |

Spent most of a Sunday with Paul from Texas Climbing Adventures out in Enchanted Rock during a very lovely weekend camping. We had six novice climbers, ranging from 8 to 17 years old and a mature chaperone, learn how to scramble up the tilted slabs of this granite dome. Paul was an excellent guide, belayer, and confidence booster and ever so patient with the group..... Thanks Texas Climbing Adventures! We had a blast. |

Spectacular! I bring a group of Girl Scouts to Enchanted Rock every year and we have used Texas Climbing Adventures for the past several years to teach our older Scouts rock climbing. The girls always have a fantastic time. The climbing guides are superb, having great skill and patience with the girls. The girls look forward to the trip every year. |

Rappeling practice at Enchanted Rock! I am 78 and my wife is 74. I had done Canyoning in Mexico several times including many rappels but my wife had not. We spent most of the day with John hiking to the top and doing two rappels, the first about 150ft about 80 degree slope and another about 60ft that was nearly vertical! Although my wife was a little quizey at first, with John's expert guidance, she mastered both slopes! |
