All climbing gear is provided. Please bring your yoga mat, water and lunch.
For ages 18+

​Professionally lead yoga by Audrey Davis ,  paired with professionally guided rock climbing with TCA owner, Sam Brodnax.

Learn how both activities compliment each other in this course. Yoga will enhance your rock climbing through body awareness, balance, flexibility, breath work, focus, and restoring the body.
